AACT High Noon Series

The Athletics ACT High Noon Series runs over the winter season from May through to September.

The first High Noon meet for 2019 will be held at the AIS Track & Field Centre on Sunday 5th May, with the first event commencing at 12:00 noon.

There will be a starting blocks familiarisation held prior to this at 11.40am. This is a great opportunity for new athletes to learn how to set up their blocks.

ONLINE ENTRY

The online entry fee is $7.50 for all basic AACT registered athletes, ACT Masters athletes, ACT Little Athletes who turn 12 prior to 31 December 2019; and visiting athletes registered with their State or international athletics body. Online entry is free for those athletes who have taken out an AACT Gold Membership.

Online entries for High Noon #1 will close at 9.00pm on Thursday 2nd May 2019.

Registrations will open soon.

ON-DAY ENTRY

On-day entry is usually available for all events. However, the Competition Manager may decide to close off events for on-day entry where large online entry numbers are received. The on-day entry fee is $16.00. For athletes with an AACT Gold Membership who choose to enter on the day, the entry fee is $10.00. On-day entries close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the event.

CHECK-IN

Athletes must sign on for each event at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event, unless otherwise indicated in the Program. This applies to both online and on-day entries.

Sign on and on-day entry is available in the Commonwealth Room (behind the grandstand at the finish line) at the AIS, and in the Administration Room (near the finish line) at Woden Park.

Athletes who fail to check in prior to the close of the event will be removed from the event.
