Welcome to the Woden Thunder Athletics 

Woden Thunder Athletics is one of the oldest and most successful Athletics clubs in the ACT and since our kick-off in 1972 we have grown Olympians, Commonwealth Games athletes, NBA superstars and a vast number of fit, happy kids, adults and masters. While we are tremendously proud of our champions, we most value all those athletes who turn up to have fun with their friends, and achieve their personal best.

Our home is the Woden Athletics Park in the leafy surrounds of the Woden Valley in the Australian Capital Territory.

Membership is available to all ages from 5 to 105 regardless of ability.

If you like to run, jump, throw or walk, be it on the track, in the field, on the road, up mountains or across country or maybe you aspire to compete at State, national or international events.

Whether you want to compete, keep fit or have fun with friends, you are most welcome at Woden Thunder Athletics.
