Australian Junior Championships

2018 Championships

The 2018 Australian Junior Championships were held at the Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre from the 14th March to the 18th March. Over 2500 junior athletes from around Australia and from New Zealand competed across the five days. Conditions were hot and so was the competition, with large numbers of entries in most events.

Woden athletes put in a great effort and came home with a number of medals including Jennifer Alley who took gold in the U17 Women’s High Jump, and Max Rosin (U17 Men’s 800m), Eloise Millington (U18 Women’s Triple Jump) and Tom Agnew (U20 Men’s 100m) who all won silver medals.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Championships this year!
